I went to school for journalism, so approaching graphic design as an author was daunting in the beginning.

I felt I needed art to sell my works, but having someone else create something for you, which is often a great idea, can be pricy (and you get what you pay for).

But as I lamented, I realized I kept using “I can’t” phrases. I was in a mode of healing at that time, and I realized, “These aren’t helping me. There’s nothing I can’t do, so I need to handle this myself.”

And that’s where my foray into design began. So this is my formally saying I’m not a trained designer.

However, I do consider myself a manipulator, so I can create art even if it’s in Word.

I’ve upgraded my tools, but what I’ve learned and what I offer to you is anyone can design something great, especially for a novel cover.

So while I don’t have a degree to hawk or formal experience, I can help bring your vision to life.

My hourly rate for design is $25/hour, so feel fre to connect if you have a set idea in mind or if you have concepts but need help bringing them together.
